• Full gourmet breakfast served between 8am and 9am. Please inform us at time of reservation and we will make every attempt to accommodate special dietary needs. If you should require an early check-out prior to breakfast, we will gladly prepare traveling breakfast meals for you.
  
• Coffee, tea, muffins, and cakes are available between 7am and 8am. Please use the provided silver trays, coasters, plates, and napkins.
  
• Complimentary sodas, cookies, and cakes available in butler's pantry off Dining Room between 11 am and 12 midnight.
  
• Satellite televisions DVD's and telephones available in all guest rooms during specified hours for the comfort and courtesy of other guests.

• Outdoor activities located in the shed are available for use. Please store these items in the locked shed on a nightly basis.

• Guests may use the nearby locked shed to store personal bicycles and golf clubs. Guests are responsible for ensuring the shed is locked after use. We take no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
  
• Cleaning service provided on a weekly basis. Cottage guests are responsible for bath and bed linen care during the week. Beach towels are located in the downstairs bedroom closet and additional bath linens are available upon request. Please place used towels in provided bathroom baskets or tubs.
  
• Complimentary laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, dish and dishwasher soaps, and paper towels are provided during your visit. Please ring the manor if you require additional items.
  
• Please exercise care when using the propane gas barbeque grill.
